We are pleased to be running a consultation event as part of preparation of a planning application for proposals at the Bear and Ragged Staff Public House, Bransford.
An application is being made to create a new community farm shop, six studio units for short-term holiday lets, one larger (two-bedroom) lodge for holiday let, amendments to the existing access to create an in and out access to improve highway safety as well as wider landscaping and planting proposals. We would stress that the public house will remain unchanged as part of the proposals.
An in person consultation event will be held, at The Bear and Ragged Staff, Station Road, WR6 5JH on Thursday 11th May from 5:30pm – 7:30pm with comments being invited in person and/or via email (consultation@eldnarconsultancy.co.uk).
